Hi. This is an update blog.

I’ll keep it short and I’m not going to explain myself. I’m in the midst of some pretty relevant lifestyle changes, and it’s affecting my writing in a negative way. I’m going on hiatus with the Connection series and Keep Right. I’ll come back to them when the dust settles. If you’re waiting for sequels on those, you’re going to be waiting for a while. Instead, I’m going to change gears and work on a different project.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but the big metropolitan city in my novels is called New Heaven. There’s an overarching fiction world in my work and it needs fleshed out. I have a set of stories involving an albino bird and a girl of Hope that I had originally dedicated to someone who has let me down. I need to write them for me, now. I get that people are probably sick if superhero stories nowadays, but I encourage you to think of these as not superheroes, but as stories that need to be written. They are important because of what happens, and because of what happens next.

Rusty and Rick Harding aren’t going anywhere, so they’ll be taking a break until I can get back to them. Some things may not make sense, but you won’t get the full story regardless, anyway. But you’ll certainly enjoy the ride.
